Yeah, I got some sneakers from them last month. To California it took about a week, maybe 8 days? NYC might be a bit quicker since it's closer to the East Coast, but plan for at least a week to be safe.

Are the shoe sizes true to size from Marco Cerullo? I'm usually an 8 US for sneakers but sometimes fancy Italian brands run small. Don't want to deal with returns if I can avoid it.

For the most part, yeah. I got some heels and they fit perfectly based on my usual size. Maybe check if they have a size guide on the product page? Or if it's a specific brand, you can google that brand's sizing too.

I found them pretty standard, like a European conversion. My boots were spot on. Returns seem easy enough though, if it doesn't work out. I had to send some back once and it wasn't a hassle at all.
